How to Get Started with Us
We strive to make the dental experience as easy and seamless as possible from your very first appointment, so in addition to responding quickly and getting you booked right away, you’ll also find plenty of helpful information here about what to expect. Your First Visit
While we’ll move fast to get you in, once you’re at the office, we’ll go at your pace. Rather than glancing at your mouth and telling you which service to get, Dr. Weedman and our team start by listening. We want to fully understand why you came to see us and hope to accomplish so we can all get on the same page.
Once we have gotten to know you a little better, our team will capture some images and X-rays, and Dr. Weedman will perform an exam. Based on her findings, she’ll discuss the current state of your mouth and multiple ways to address potential issues. After all of your questions have been answered, you’ll be escorted to the front desk to organize your payment details, and your next appointment will be booked.
Patient Forms
Once you schedule an appointment with our office, we will text you a link to fill out your new patient paperwork. You will be able to take care of our forms 100% online to save you time in our office. If you would prefer to fill them out on the day of your appointment, be sure to arrive about 15 minutes early so we can bring you to the back when you’re scheduled!

Our practice is in-network with many of the most popular PPO dental insurance providers and HMOs. We’re able to work with the vast majority of plans and will give you an estimate of your coverage ahead of treatment so you can anticipate your out-of-pocket portion.
